March 1st

Hey guys, wild weather leaving upstate new york today. I read on the NWS that in 30 years of keeping data they had never seen a storm like that. Pretty cool. Dumped snow to our south but we eneded with rain. Lets take a look at the week ahead

Portland
Can you say high of sixty? Ridge of high pressure is bringing gorgeous weather for today and into tomorrow. Next pacific front is ready to roll on around 10 oclock tomorrow into tuesday to bring scattered showers. This storm doesnt look to be too potent. The threat for showers will linger after major low slides by. Highs around 55! This has been a very warm winter to say the least.

Utah
After you get through the rain showers today, high pressure builds in to bring sunshine for the start of the work week. Highs will hover around 50 with lows near freezing. Next chance for precip looks to be thursday. We'll keep you updated.

DEnVER
Area of low pressure moving over you right now. Temps today should warm to about 36 with passing snow showers. Not too much accumlation tonight, however, tonight i'd say 2-3 inches. For monday expect snow showers and a high near 39 and then after that high pressure builds in for some sunnshinneee for tuesday and wednesday with highs near 55!

NY
Low pressure system I mentioned early is finally beginning to recede. Fish has a better chance for catching a few more showers than chuck does, but temps will be well above freezing at both locations. The threat of snow/rain showers lingers as another system moves up from the south monday, this one not have nearly as much moisture. After wednesday all models indicate high pressure and sunshine for days to come! Temps this week should be in the mid to upper 30s with highs around 30.

Boston
LOw pressure moves up the new england coast monday to bring a shot of rain/snow to the boston area. I'd say snow showers before 11 am then all rain after that. Get up early and see some flakes! Highs monday will reach 41 with a low 32. This low lingers into wednesday bring the threat of a rain or snow shower depending on the time. Highs should be in the mid 30s and low 40s with lows right around the freezing mark. After wednesday all models indicate high pressure and sunshine for days to come!

BTV
LOw pressure moves up the new england coast monday to bring a shot of snow to the burlington area. I'd say snow accumlations up to 3 inches but not too much more than that. Highs monday will reach 36 with a low 28. This low lingers into wednesday bring the threat of a rain or snow shower depending on the time. Highs should be in the mid 30s with lows right around the 27. After wednesday all models indicate high pressure and sunshine for days to come! this means cooler night time temps with sunshine during the day!

Snow EVERYYYYWHERE except here in Vermont! Killing me. Literally everywhere I do forecast for saw snow flakes yesterday including PORTLAND OREGON! Crazy!

Portland
STill under the influence of this cold jet stream, but when were get this northerly pattern, not much in the way of significant snowfall. The low that slid down last night and this morning brought snow flakes a possible dusting in some places, but nothing major. This cool pattern will continue for most of the week, with temperatures right above freezing with mostly sunny skies, tomorrow most of the city wont even get above freezing. Temperatures in oregon are close to that of Anchorage Alaska. Pretty amazing. Have a good week and dress warmly!

Utah
Very low jet stream is allowing for chillllyyy temperatures. The low that brought snow to portland last night and mainly Idaho will turn east monday and give you a good amount of snow with high temperatures right around freezing and then cooling off tuesday to 24. WIll remain below freezing for the remainder of the week with scattered snow showers.

Denver
The snow from N utah turns to the east today and gives you snow showers. I'd say about 2 inches and maybe even more in some areas. Temperatures will be in TEENS! for much of the week. The low pressure system that brought portland snow will turn east and come into your neck of the woods Monday night and bring a couple more inches of snow. After that system clears your area you should clear out and "warm" up to the mid 20s thursday and gradual warm up to 40 by saturday. Enjoy the FREEeEZZZING cold temps.
(JUST REALIZED IITS YOUR BREAK SO NO ONE IS THERE!) DUHHHH DANNY

Cuse
Lake affect snow today will bring snow showers but above freezing temperatures cause little sticking to occur. Continued lake affect in place until a low moves NE from the oklahoma. This will bring a wintery mix and snow showers. Temperatures will be in the mid 30s for the week. Still hoping for that big snow storm!

ALbany
A weak high pressure is over the NE and allow mostly clear skies with highs right around 40. NExt big system moves in on wednesday with a snow rain mix. more updates this later on the week.

Boston
High pressure of NE will give some sunshine today, however, a weak system drops in tomorrow night and could give a few flakes. The main system is wedneday as a deep low tracks from the south to give a rain show mix with breezy conditions. i think in boston this will be mainly rain as we get more of the onshore flow, but possible snow in the morning hours.

Vermont
Gorgeous day today with highs around 36 then tomorrow I think we will get our first measurable snowfall in BTV. A weak system from canada is dropping into our area tomorrow after 2pm into the night hours. I'd say snowfall max will be 1-2 inches but mainly under that. After tomorrow we will have a break tuesday and then get hit with a pretty strong system. Tracking this has been difficult. As the storm approaches we will have only snow as we have a N wind, but once we get the low parrallel with BTV it will turn to rain as we pick up a S wind. Into the night hours it will return back to snow HOPEFULLY. This should give the mountains what they need. After wedneday looking a few other poential systems a nd highs not reaching freezing.

2/15

Hey y'all. Another winter storm missed for me in Vermont, and looks like the same will happen tomorrow. Shucks. Else where mild tranquil weather is taking place (besides the mid Atlantic region).

Por
Enjoy the sun today, because its the last you'll see of it for a while. Wed a low off the pacific moves in for occasional rain. The jet stream will park itself over the NW for the remainder of the week. This means showers for the majority of the week with highs around 50 and lows around 40. Oh Portland weather!

Utah
A weak ridge of high pressure will be over utah for the majority of this week. This will block out moisture and allow for some warmer temperatures. Highs will be slighty above 40 for Monday Tuesday and Wednesday with partly to mostly cloudy skies, then you will warm up to around 47 by Thursday. Lows will be in the mid 20s. No real signifcant precip on the horizon. Thursday slight chance of snow.

Den
High pressure in control for the week with mostly sunny, to party cloudy skies. After the cool day today, you warm back up to 40 tomorrowing and then mid 40s for the rest of the week. lows around 13 tonight and then climb back to mid 20s for the rest of the week. enjoy the sun!

Cuse
The major snow storm will stay south of the NY great lakes area. THis means a few snow showers tomorrow, but nothing more than an inch. This threat of snow lingers into the weekend, with no real snow maker. Highs will be in the upper 20s and lows will be in the mid teens.

Albany
This mid atlantic low will rise northeast and clip albany. No where near as much snow as the city will get, but expect 2-4 inches for your wednesday. After you break out of the snow thursday, expect clear sunny skies with highs around 30 and lows around 15

Boston
well well well boston. taking vemonts snow are ya? ha oh well. This large mid atlanic storm will clip the boston region as it moves out to sea. A winter storm watch is in effect (winter storm warning is the big one) so i'd expect about 6 inches when its all said and down. After you break out of the snow, much of the NE will be under high pressure so sunshine on the way for the weekend. Highs around 34 and lows around 22.

Vermont
WHEN IS THE SNOW COMING? I am dying here. Didn't think i'd be waking up to grass in mid february. Oh well, the week on tap doesn't provide much in the way of snow fall. Today partly cloudy skies maybe a flurry or two, with highs around 28. For tomorrow mostly cloudy skies as we will pick up the cloud cover from this major low system to our south, but not real snow fall. Thursday we are have to keep our eyes on a low dropping down from the canadian maritimes, could provide an inch or 2, but these lows never contain that much moisture. For your friday mostly sunny skies with highs around 30 and lows around 12. Have a good week!

2/1 week forecast

Hey y'all been busy setting up my video casts on the other site, I neglected my original blog. Happy February! January was a very warm january, hopefully february has a little more instore weatherwise!

Portland
After todays system there is not a signifcant storm until the weekend, however, showers and clouds seem to be on the docket. I am not jealous of the weather pattern you guys seem to be stuck in. Fast jet stream right over the top of oregon means we just get system after system with heavy on shore flow = wet and cloud. Highs for M, T, Wed should hover around 50 for the portland area. Showers for tuesday and a better shot for rain on wednesday

Utah
High pressure will dominate your forecast this week. A high builds in today and tomorrow with highs right around 40, then a week disturbances moves in wednesday night, but not snow accumulation expected from this. Thursday the shot of a rain or snow shower still exists, but then after the showers clear out another high builds back in for some sunshine.

DEENNNNVER
I guess you could consider this gorgeous weather??? Ha a strong ridge of high pressure will control the weather in the denver area and much of the US. Mostly sunny skies pretty much all week with highs in the mid forties to upper fifties. February is starting out flat! Lets pick it up!

Cuse
CHuck, for today expected some light lake effect snow to bring you 1-2 inches of snow and a high of 26. Tuesday will be the warmest day for sometime with a high of 31 and cloudy, then the shot for snow moves back in as temps cool into the night for optimal lake affect. a weak system moves into the NE tuesday night into wednesday that will enchace snow fall. I really do not think there is much to this system so not too much in the way of snow fall. After wedensday snow high pressure will build in and bring sunshine friday and saturday.

Albany
High pressure bringing clear skies today and tomorrow. Like I said for cuse a week disturbances from the north will bring light snow to the area Tue night and wed but after that high pressure builds back in for the rest of the week and into the weekend. Highs right around freezing with lows in the teens and lower 20s.

Boston
Same forecast as Albany, just 3-4 degrees warmer on the highs and lows.

Vermont
High pressure will be in control til tuesday night when a week system from the north moves in. Should get some shortwave activity to bring a few showers. Temps Tuesday will barely break 20 and wedesnday we will warm up to 28 as we pick up a south wind. High pressure builds back in for the remainder of the week and into the weekend with highs around 25. Very seasonal temps. Average for this time of year is 26/8.

Welcome Second Semester! 1/21 - weekend

Hey guys, welcome back to school. Winter weather is taking a break across the country. I hope everyone's break went well, now lets take a look at the weather around.

Portland-
A very active jet stream is driving storm after storm in california where they have seen upwards 3 feet of snow in the mountians. Here in portland though we have seen showers circling around the lows to our south. This south to north movement is not optimal for snow fall in the cascades, but I think things should freshen up by mid week next week. For your friday, a chance of showers, with a high around 45, friday night a weaker system moves in which will linger into saturday. High of 44 saturday with mostly cloudy skies. Sunday the strongest storm moves in and will bring a good shot of snow to the cascades and a high of 43 in portland. Have a great weekend!

Utah
Storms moving west from cali will bring snow fall to your mountains and a little warmer than average temps. High tomorrow will be around 39 with snow/rain showers. Friday night though temps will drop in the upper 20s to bring about 2-3 inches of fresh powder to slat lake. The snow on the ground will keep the air from warming so saturday expect another 3-5 inches of snow and a high around 34. Sunday you will dry out and stay cool with a high around 31 with mostly cloudy skies.

Denver
Surprisingly this is average weather for this time of year in denver. The snow that will affect utah stays to the south of denver however, will bring cooler temps by the weekend. TOmorrow clouds will be begin to break and a high of 47 and similar on saturday. Sunday though you cool off to about 34 with partly sunny skies.

NORTH EAST!
A big ridge of high pressure is making my job easier! Sunny skies for today tomorrow and satuday. Sunday a deep storm is traking from south to north that will bring possible ice, but as of now it looks more damp than slick (rain over ice). For the weekend expect highs in the mid 30s for NY and boston and upper 20s for Vermont. This rain this weekend could be detrimental to the snow here. Heavy rains and snow already on the ground could make surrounding areas very wet. Stayed tuned!

Portland Snow!

I try and tell people that the only way to get out of these deep freezes that you are in is to have a system move on through to scour out the cold air. This is the typical snow storm. High pressure to the east with very cold air, low pressure from the south with warmer wet conditions. South of salem will be nice and rainy quickly. However that good ol' gorge acts to keep the rest chilly. Skyline, you will warm up before lincoln will, its just how these work. It is called an inversion, cold wind will pump out of the gorge and keep places liek PDX and troudale cold whereas West hills will pick up a south wind and warm up. Nevertheless, all of portland will see snow tonight and tomorrow, followed by sleet and possible freezing rain. I say in total about 3-4 inches before rain comes later saturday night. Warmer system Monday should melt most of the snow! :( REMEMBER, West and High elevation=warm and East and low elevation=cold.

STORM UPDATE

For east coasters-
Deep low pressure over wisconsin now will progress NE into our area. Will hit chuck first with heavy snow fall. 2-4 inches over night for you kiddo. Transition to rain tomorrow though as you pick up a South wind after the Low passes. The storm will progress into the Vermont region wendesday morning. SHOULD BE VERYYYY EXCITING!!!

This will bring a wintery mix and snow showers. Temperatures will be in the mid 30s for the week. Still hoping for that big snow storm!

Fun Fact of the Day-
Denver could be reaching its RECORD low temperature tonight with a low of 3 degrees! BRRRRRR

December 4th weekend forecast

Hey everyone! Finals are coming up and the work is piling up! Biggest game in duck history tonight and that will not help my work load. Ha lets look at the forecast.

Portland-
Winter weather pattern we are going to get into. When the jet stream drops out of alaska it means cold and usually dry weather. For tomorrow we still have a strong ridge above us then into the weekend we get a weak bands of moisture moving in from the north. Combine with unusally cool temperatures, snow flakes could be seen, but nothing big at all. High temperatures will be in the upper 30s in the metro area which is very cold for this time of year. We are going to get lows around 30 so any light moisture that does come from this drier pattern will fall as snow come night time. Let me know! I'll keep my eye out as always and give updates.

UEGE
GAMEDAY! Kick off temp 43 with clear skies! DUCKS 38 Beaves 28 in a dog fight! GO DUCKKKKSSSSS!

Utah
with that sagging jet stream you guys are getting some very cold temperatures. Highs today will reach 29 with lows in the teens and below. tomorrow will warmer with a high around freezing then cloud cover comes in tomorrow night so temps will stay around 20 for tomorrow night. This pattern, like i said to portland I usally very dry. This weekend a system from canada will drop south to give snow showers. High temperatures will remain around freezing with mostly cloudy skies. Lows will be around 20! Have fun in the snow! jealous : (

Denver
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Today a high of 20 with a low of -1! I don't think Ive ever been in such cold weather. The jet stream will move more to the north to warm you up a significant amount tomorrow as you will reach 35 then continue to warm up saturday to 39. Like utah, a low system will come in later for you but from canada sunday. This will be bring snow showers for sunday and a high of 24 as you cool back off. Interesting stuff! Have fun!

NY
Just got hit with some heavy rain in the NE. For chuck, you will see some lake affect moisture for most of the week. this will mean snow for the night time hours, and rain during the day. Sunday looks like the coldest day so that will be the best time for snow. Fish, you will be mostly sunny from here on out with highs around 40 and lows around 25 after tonight. Its crazy how much affect the lake has on the weather. Enjoy the warm weather today, looks like fish will be close to hitting 60 which is relatively unheard of for this time of year.

Boston
Can you say record warm? it is currently 69 at logan international which shatters the old record of 64. We had that strong tropical moisture system move from the north and warm south winds and then as the low became parallel with the high off the coast we got that warm east wind as well. Very warm and crazy. Tomorrow you will "cool" off to 50 and then 40 saturday and sunday with a chance of rain or snow saturday. Pretty crazy how warm this system was.

Vermont
WOw, who say that rain this monring. It was dumping. From that system we picked up close to an inch of rain and some very WARM temperatures. Currently we are 54 degrees which is 2 degrees short of the RECORD. I think we will break that unless the winds shift in time. for the rest of the week and into the weekend we will slowly cool off. Tomorrow high around 45 and maybe a lingering shower and then saturday and sunday we drop to the mid 30s with lows in the mid 20s. I WANT SNOW! On the NAM model it looks like 8 days out we will see some cold weather and then warm back up : ( Looks like I could leave for winter break without seeing a big snow storm!

Fun fact:
As sea temperatures continue to warm with global warming, these tropical disturbances will affect the NE more frequently, messing up ski seasons.

Post TuRkey day break forecast

Hope you all had a wonderful vacation, I know I had a great time in portland. It had been a while and I loved it. Now I have 16 more days here in vermont and i'm back home! Hopefully I get some snow!

Portland
Is it possible that you guys have the most boring forecast? Looks like it! Highs mostly around 50 with partly sunny skies. This will average out the well above average rainfall portland has seen this november. I do have to say the inch of rain on turkey day made for some great turkey day football. Oh How I loved it.

UTAH
Uh oh....You guys might have the most boring forecast! come on west coast! Sunny sunny sunny! highs in the low to mid 40s alllllll week. Welcome back to school boys, looks gorgeous!

Denver
Sunny the next two days with highs in the fifties! looks great. Then weak disturbances move in and cool temps off. Highs will be in the upper 30s weds and thurs. have a good week back!

CUSE
Welcome back boy. Tonight a low off the great lakes scoots on by to bring pretty light rain fall. Temps will remain well above freezing tonight and into tomorrow. As the low moves to the south you will begin to pick up a north wind and that will drastically cool things off. Temps will drop during the day tomorrow as this occurs so toss some snow showers in for tomorrow late day and night. For tuesday and wednesday lingering showers will be either snow or rain depending upon time. Highs should be in the low 40s and lows around freezing.

Albany
Same low bringing chuck some possible snow showers will be bringing you nothing but...RAIN. Ha sorry my man. Being further inland and closer to the ocean will moderate your temps. Wedsnesday seems to be the best day of week weather wise. Temps should be in the low to mid 40s for much of the week.

Boston
The low pressure that is bringing rain to vermont tonight will bring rain tomorrow and tomorrow night for you gals. Look for sunshine after that though for tuesday and wednesday with highs between 45-50. Thursday a major storm will bring heavy rain to the area. Mmore on that for my mid week update. Take it easy!

Vermont
Rain moves in from the canada boarder tonight around 11-12. Should be pretty light shouwers. Tomorrow rain in the morning then a chance for some snow showers as we pick up the north wind. Not much though as most of the moisture has passed. For tuesday and wednesday, mostly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 30s and a slight chance of snow showers. Big rain moves in thursday though.

Before break forecast

Hey sorry, been very sick and very busy as of late so i haven't been able to forecast. Diagnosed with bronchitis, laryngitis, and a sinus infection so its been a tough week. Also had a speech/debate tourny this weekend WITH all of these illnesses, so it was not pleasent. However, what is pleasant as of now is the weather and the ducks smelling roses.

portland
Truly amazing the rain you have been picking up lately. That will be the first thing I check in the paper this saturday is the rainfall totals. And they just seem to be going up this week. Looking at the satalite there are lots of little showers pouring in (look like speckles). http://www.kgw.com/weather/radar?radar=63612312&img=2&c=y. These speckles indicate cold air mass and heavy unstable showers. So for today heavy showers on and off with a cool temps. Then tomororw showers during the day an then yet another front moves in with even stronger rainfall which will prompt more flood watches and high wind watches on the coast. Another front moves in friday. WET WET WET. Good skiing though it looks like this winter with a solid base already forming atop hood.

Utes
High pressure builds in for most of the week with temps right around fifty. Thursday seems to be the warmest day with a high of 56. Weekend weather looks more snowish as the jet will sag more to the south. you stay classy.

Denver
SUnny all week! Not sure if this is normal fall weahter but it seems gorgeous thus far. Snow or sun! hard to complain!

NY
Sunny today and tomorrow, however thursday rain showers for chuck as front moves off the great lakes and clips your area. Mostly cloudy skies though for your day. Temps in the mid to upper 50s, so well above average for this time of year. Fish same forecast except you get an extra day of sun thursday before the rain moves in thursday night. Friday and saturday seem to be left overs of the front so a few showers but mostly cloudy conditions.

Boston
Same forecast as ny except your rain moves in early morning friday and friday during the day. Should remain mostly dry for friday night so any partays will be dry but weekend shaping up to be gorgeous.

Vt
Sun sun for today and tomorrow and wendesday. then this front moves in off the great lakes to bring rain and a high of 50 to the area. My outlook showers possible snow in 10 days. Its unlikely, but a couple of the models i look at has a cold sector moving across the us within the next week +. Hopefully when we come back from break there is so white on the ground.

Fun fact

11/11-11/14

Hey everyone! almost a week til I come home! cannot wait. Weather here on the east coast has been nothing but spectacular whereas i see the west coast has been well, the pacific northwest. lets take a look

Portland
Models just keep bringing one storm after another. Tonight into tomorrow morning another cold front moves in for valley rain and close to a foot of mountain snow. Showers will be on and off for your thursday and thursday night another system moves in. Temps should remain just south of fifty for the week. Over night temps will be dropping into the upper 30s so this is a big burst of cooler air.

Utah
After a mostly cloudy day today, the front that moved through ptown and northern cali will drop down into your region for some modified pacific air. This will not be a snow dumper but deffiently get some flakes flying. Temps tomorrow will still be warm at 50 however after the front passes we'll pick up the N wind and drop high temps into the upper 30s with lows in the upper 20s to lowers 30s. I think most snow we'll see is south of the 1.5 inches mark. After this front moves through more sunshine is on the way for next week bring temps up to around 50 but mid week next week.

Denver
Your chance to see some white moves in a day later than utah. Expect temps to be dropping after tomorrow as this front moves through. Temps will be around 40 and lows in the upper 20s and low 30s. More of the moisutre stays to the south of denver so not as much moisture to freeze this go around. ALl and all though, cool weekend.

EAST COAST
I have not been able to do this yet. GREAT weather on tap for the next two days. BIGGGGG ridge of high pressure is just parked over the NE region. However a low coming off the great lakes will break up this truely impressive fall ridge of high pressure to bring some showers for our saturday. For the next two days temps will be around the low to mid fifties for the region with cuse being the warmest and vermont being the coolest and everyone else right in the middle! have a great weekend! ill keep everyone updated on their weekend weather!

Fun Fact- ALthough we associate hurricanes with late summer, hurricane season does not end until the end of november! Weathermen during Ida said they weren't used to the cool weather with a hurricane!

11/8-11/11

Ducks : ( very saddening loss. our d didnt show up/outsized by a long shot. oh well, gotta turn around and win out and go to the rose bowl. gorgeous weather out here to the east however, portland...not so much. Dumped rain there all weekend and crazy amounts of snow up in the Cascades.

Portland-
Another cold front moves into the area today and tonight. Heavy rain at times and winds will pick up again. for mt hood temps will reach around freezing as the low approaches, however, after the low passes over hood will drastically cool off and get dumped on again. Temps around 51 today and tomorrow. tomorrow, just showers and could dry out eventually. Wednesday another front moves in to bring rain and a high of 46. Lots of rain! but looks like an early start to the ski year

Utah
Sunny today and tomorrow with highs around 58 then wendnesday we'll be most cloudy during the day then as night falls a chance of showers arise with a frontal system coming off the coast. Temps will drop significantly for thursay as you top out at 45.

Denver
Gradual warm up til wednesday when you top out at 70! Partly to mostly sunny skies all week til friday. Temps 55 today, 63 tuesday, and 70 wednesday, and 66 thursday.

NY
Near 70 degrees today for you boys! only questionable day is tomorrow but it generally looks ok. Just a slight chance of showers but mostly cloudy. After tuesday sunshine returns but with cooler temps this go around. Instead of 70, 50 and mostly sunny. But hey, this sun is still shining in november. can't complain too much. In my opinion I'd rather have it snowing or sunny so this is perfect for my taste.

Boston
After a beautiful day today we cool off to 65 tomorrow with mostly cloudy skies then clear out and cool off for the rest of the week. Temps around 52 for wed thur and friday. EAST COAST LOOKS BEAUTIFUL ALL WEEK.

Vermont
I guarantee you we will not hit 67 again this year, so i'd advise getting out and enjoying this beautiful weather. Tomorrow we cool off to 55 and mostly sunny skies, followed by mid 40s and sunny skies. November is giving us some needed rays! I'm liking it.

Fun Fact of the day-
The largest tornado in the United States was around two and a half miles wide. It happened in Nebraska in 2004.

Hood snow

Now that the main surge of rain has passed hood is going to pile up snow. Now that there is not that warm south wind the cooler air can move in, and i mean move in. We are looking at 3 feet or more of snow when this weekend is over. Its going to be dumping up there. Hopefully open the resorts by turkey day.

11/04-11/07

Hey everyone. Still basking in the duck victory. oh how jealous i am of everyone who got to go. Great weather is everywhere as of now but things, they are a changin!

Portland
Enjoy the sun today! A cold front from the gulf of alaska drops into town tomorrow with gusty winds. Places on the coast will see gusts as high as 55 mphs. In portland expect 15-20 with gusts around 25. http://weather.unisys.com/nam/36h/nam_pres_36h.html if you look at the lines on the map by portland, you can see how close together they are. This is the pressure gradient which shows the atmosphere trying to stabilize in a shorter area causing heave winds. This will start out as rain on the mountain then as the low passes and we start to pool in some cooler air, then snow levels will drop to about 4000 ft. Place up north of seattle are under a flood watch so this will produce heavy rains. Temps should be around 50 for much of the week and another system rolls in after this. Rainy weather back in portland in november, what are the chances???

Utah
High pressure remains over you for the rest of the work week and into the weekend. Temps peak tomorrow at 69 then begin to drop off by saturday to about 58. Your normal temp for this time of year is 54 and record is 73 tomorrow, so you can see how unusual this great weather is. Get out and enjoy it!

Denver
Great weather still ahead of you. Tomorrow you will reach a high of 74! crazy for this time of year. after tomorrow linear cooling til sunday when you reach a high of 63. Enjoy to fabulous weather!

ENTIRE NE-GREAT WEEKEND WEATHER AHEAD

Cuse
I seperated you two finally. Chuck you are going to get some lake affect rain tonight as cooler air moves across the great lakes. Showery weather remains for the rest of the week with highs in the low 40s and lows right around freezing. Each night expect to see some flakes past 1 am. Accumulations---less than half an inch to nothing.

Albany
Thursday a cold front moves on in bring showers and the chance for some snow flakes thursday night. Nothing accumulating though as temps will barely make it to freezing and the moisture associated with the storm is not too impressive. Expect highs in the mid 40s and low in the mid 30s. After thursday the sunshine returns for a gorgeous weekend as you warm up to 58 by sudnay.

Boston
Showers come tomorrow associated with the front moving across ny and new england. After this passes you thursday night and friday morning the sun returns for a great weekend. High temp of 50 staurday and 58 sunday!

Verm
